Intended use：

The EUGENE HIV/HCV/HBsAg/SYP Rapid Test is a rapid, immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of HCV antibodies, HIV1/2 virus- antibodies, HBsAg, and/or Treponema Pallidum antibodies respectively, in human serum or plasma. It is intended for professional use as an aid in diagnosing HCV, HIV, HBV, and/or Syphilis infections. This assay provides only a preliminary result and all positive specimens should be confirmed with other qualified assays.

TEST PROCEDURE ：

1.Remove the test device from the foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. Best results will be obtained if the assay is performed within one hour.

2.Place the test device on a clean and level surface.

For Syphilis:

Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of serum or plasma (approximately 25 uL), then add 2 drop of buffer (approximately 80uL) and start the timer.

For HCV, HBsAg and HIV:

Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 2 drops of serum or plasma (approximately 50uL) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, then add 1 drop of buffer (approximately 40uL) and start the timer

3.Wait for the red line(s) to appear. The result should be read in 15 minutes.

Possible setting for the test: Home, workplace, physician’s office or clinical labs

Storage conditions and expiration date：

1. The original package shall be stored at 4℃ ~ 30℃, and shall not be frozen. The validity period is 24 months from the date of verification and qualification.

2. The test paper should be used within 1 hour after the original aluminum foil bag is opened.
